Safelink Wireless By Angel Bean So the federal government has a new program so that you can get a free Tracfone cell phone. The program is called Safelink Wireless and it uses Lifeline service to give you 71 free minutes a month if you have food stamps, social security or are low income and you can add minutes to it by purchasing a Tracfone card. This is a small basic cell phone that a woman could keep in her bra if she was at work using her hands. It works it comes with a charger and it is just great. You have to mark in your calendar to keep your phone on the first three days of the month so that you receive your new minutes for the month but other than that it looks like it will work out.
